Software Support Contracts
These allow our clients to call on us should they get stuck and these vary to include telephonic support and preferential rates and / or onsite call-outs. Clients who are on support contract enjoy priority in service requirements to those clients whom are not. The billing rates enjoyed by contract holders are preferential compared to those whom are not, this offers our clients an additional sweetener for making advanced provisions.
Training Services
We provide ad-hoc training service to various clients who require the need to increase there levels of understanding in various third party products. We also provide a training service to some training institutions whom have a specialised requirement. Training can be provided for various products like those offered by Microsoft and Seagate (Crystal Reports).
Consultation and Development
Often our clients already have an in-house team of software developers and they have a requirement for a specialised product or new product to be developed which the in-house team is either too busy to do or lack the necessary skills. We provide our clients with a consulting service and contracting service to provide the skills required to do the job. These vary on various platforms, Databases and development languages.
